1) Overview
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and returns are handled for Midl Ineex Change services and any goods we may offer. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2) Services: cancellations and rescheduling
- Cooling-off for distance contracts (UK/EU consumers): If you book services online or at a distance, you may have a statutory 14‑day right to cancel before services begin. If you ask us to perform services during the cooling-off period, you may be charged proportionally for work already performed.
- Deposits: Deposits secure your date and are applied to the final balance. Deposits are typically non‑refundable once we allocate time and resources, except where required by consumer law or if we cancel.
- Client cancellations: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment without additional cancellation fees. Within 48 hours, fees up to the full service price may apply due to the difficulty of rebooking the slot.
- Rescheduling: One reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice is generally allowed subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur an admin fee.
- No-shows/late arrivals: If you are 20+ minutes late, we may treat it as a cancellation; fees may apply. Shortened appointments due to late arrival may still be charged in full.
- Our cancellations: If we must cancel, we will offer to reschedule or issue a refund of amounts paid for the affected booking (including deposits).
3) Returns for goods (if offered)
- Change-of-mind (distance purchases): Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returns of cosmetics are accepted only if unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging, unless defective.
- Defective or incorrect items: Please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund according to your legal rights.
- Condition of returns: Items must be returned with all components and original packaging where possible.
- Return costs: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. For defective/incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label.
4) How to start a cancellation or return

- Your full name and contact details.
- Order/booking reference and date.
- Reason for cancellation/return and any supporting photos (for goods).
- Your preferred remedy (refund, reschedule, replacement where applicable).
We will confirm next steps and any applicable timelines or labels.
5) Refund timing and method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
- Once approved and processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
6) Exceptions
- Customized, time-specific, or on-location services already performed.
- Opened or used cosmetic products, unless defective.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting here.
