These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Midl Ineex Change website and services. By accessing or using our site, booking, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
- You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt functionality, or attempt unauthorized access.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting or booking.
4) Services, consultations, and advice
Our content and consultations are for informational and cosmetic artistry purposes only. We do not provide medical advice. If you have skin conditions or allergies, consult a qualified medical professional before any application. We may decline services when hygiene or safety could be compromised.
5) Bookings, deposits, and cancellations
- Quotes: Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Deposits: A booking may require a deposit (typically up to 30%) to secure your date. Deposits are applied to the final balance.
- Cancellations by client: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment with no additional cancellation fee; deposits may be non-refundable—see Refund Policy.
- Rescheduling: One reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice is usually permitted subject to availability.
- No-shows/late arrivals: Arrivals 20+ minutes late may be treated as cancellations; fees may apply.
- Cancellations by us: If we must cancel, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund of any amounts paid for the affected booking.
6) Prices and payments
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings retain quoted rates.
- Final balances are due as stated on your invoice or confirmation.
- Travel/parking/extra time may be billed separately if applicable and agreed in advance.
7) Products and shipping (if offered)
If we offer products via our site or by invoice:
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions before shipment.
- Risk in goods passes on delivery. Title passes upon full payment.

All site content, articles, images, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Midl Ineex Change. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
9) User content

14) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
